Mr. Lua has more than 15 years as a private General Contractor and has been responsible for over $100M as a construction manager and entitlements manager first with Westar Associates and now founder of Statewide Building Group, Inc. in Indio, California. Oscar has provided construction and entitlement work with various private developers, contractors, sub-contractors, city & county offices.

Range of work consisted of prime scheduling, construction, loans, administration, and superintendent work and general construction delivery.
